Female tattoo artist in Philadelphia metro (or nearby)?
I’m looking to get my second tattoo, a relatively simple snoopy and woodstock on my ankle. My first tat. was done by a girl and I’m thinking I’d like to have them all done by a woman. I’ve heard of a lot of good shops in the area but not sure about specific female artists. Anyone have suggestions? I’m heading to NYC this month as well, so anyone there is fair game. It’s a pretty simple tattoo, but I’d like someone really good obviously. Thanks!
Cindy Vega from NoKaOi Tiki Tattoo is very, very excellent. She is also a really nice woman.

They have other female artists there that also have excellent reputations and great portfolios (which are on that site).
