Tattoo Shop Ranking
Hello! I am looking forward to getting my tattoo, but I am very picky about the artist / tattoo shop. I want to know whether there is any kind of website / service that is a fairly objective comparisons of various transactions (according to criteria such as cleanliness, dexterity, etc.) in a particular region. Anyone know of something? If not, could someone please let me know at least what it is best to tattoo studio (and why) in the Northern VA / DC and Richmond, VA area think? I'm looking for someone who is looking very good with small tattoos / immense detail! Thank you!
