The ink won’t stay on…Crest Spinbrush Tattoo Gun?
I made a tattoo gun out of a crest spinbrush. The ink I use is “Kokkai Sumi Ink”. It says lining tribal tattoo ink on the bottle. When I made the tattoo it looked ok, nice and dark. But a few days later after it healed the design started peeling off like after you get sun burned. The whole design peeled off with the exception of a few dots. Just enough that I can see the outline so I can go over it again. I don’t want to do it right away for fear that it will just peel off again. I’ve made few tattoos using the needle and thread method but used Indian Ink. Any ideas on why this happened and how to prevent it from happening again?
it sounds like the needle wasn’t deep enough to penetrate the proper layer of the dermis.
but yeah, seek professional help.
