Tattoo shops in Portland, Oregon?
Hi, I'm looking for another collection to add to my tattoo and for various reasons, it will get, while I am on a trip to Portland in a few weeks. I) reviewed a number of places from online (Captain Jack's, Infinity Tramp and have heard the sea. Has anyone had some good experience with someone who is good, lively work? I'm currently planning on a very basic made it but a nautical star, but I want it very clear, clean and the paint must be alive. Any help, especially the name of shop / artist would. estimated to be thanks
