How to make a fake tattoo?
watched this video on youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhoJEFbZ2Fk because I have a fake tattoo for want a costume party. This might ba stupid question but will describe the tattoo, wash it with a pencil. It is also dangerous, ive read comments abt infections out of the pen and Sharpie pens. Thanks dudes: D
