Can i get a tattoo if i am 17 and i have my mom their and her approval?
Is it possible for me to get a tattoo at my age which is 17? I live in las vegas nevada and ive been wanting to get a tattoo for years now so im just wondering if i can get it at 17 and no i cant wait 8 month for me to turn 18 and yes i know what i want and its not something i am gonna reagret later. I read another question wher he said he was gonna go to vegas and he said:she’s willing to sign parental consent. and they told him he could get it that way is that true?
I know a girl who does tattoos she was suppose to do mine and a friends for free because we known each other for to years but she got drunk the night before and couldnt make and now i guess shes just avoiding us. I also know a friend who got a tattoo by this guy but i rather just go to a shop if i am gonna pay.
