Help Tattoo Aftercare first tattoo?
I have a tattoo about 4 days. My tattoo artist is known to be amazing, but he me no information about follow-up. So I searched on websites for help and asked ourselves, my sisters for some advice. I washed it with antibacterial Soap and put Aquaphor on it. Last night / early morning it was itching and scabbing. This is normal right? Well, I rubbed a little, then I stopped, cleaned it from and went to bed. So here are my questions … Is it okay to regular soap off the shower as Aveeno and Neutrogena brand? I have read that its normal for the tattoo to see any dry and scaly, while scabbing but will return to its color. Is this true. and other advice? I need help ASAP to go away in the process to school soon.
You seem to find some really good information. You say that your tattoo artist does not give care instructions. His phone was switched off too? They call for some reason could not follow his order to clarify plan? It's okay, any kind of soap you want in the shower. Soaps and much fragrance can burn or dry The area, first, so it's best, the mildest soap possible, but both those that should be taken to fine used. It is normal go for your tattoo with a dry, scaly patch. It's what needs to happen.
