what do you think of the Belgian girls, that the 56 stars tattooed on her face had to think?

It is not only stupid it is her father, that it (that's how it sounded in the story anyway). I think they did this amount to the whole would fall asleep, no one get tattooed while on the face: unless she fainted or something lol. Sounds as she regrets it now because they can not find a job and nobody else likes it. In the U.S. you pay for a tattoo before doing it, which could explain why to him the money (if it was before), but if it was before, why would he waste ink for the extra stars and not their charge?
