What makes my art work?

I want to be a tattoo artist and I draw a lot of work I like. I think tattoos and pictures on Google Images and i repaint it and add a few things I like.for as flower designs or I could just a little bit about the picture and redesign the rest of me. I also just draw the whole picture just as I found it. Can I have all these in my portfolio? or some of them "stealing" would really have a detailed Response as if it is stolen and if it isn't. please explain how, as his steal, if I mapped again and if i did not explain it to steal as you please isn't stealing. Thanks
