My vote is for:
1) Male- Lil Wayne. Reason: His tattoos are a hot ghetto mess of bad ink crowded together with more bad ink, on top of old faded bad ink. Some of his pieces are actually pretty cool and have good detail but with the whole mess going on, it’s pretty scary! Link=

2) Female- Amy Winehouse! She herself is a mess even without the ink. Most of it looks like stuff a guy would have and it’s not the best work for someone who has so much money. The pocket on her chest that says “Blake” is horrid! Link=

I don’t understand his tat. There is no real reason for it. And to have a tattoo on your face is tacky as h***. It was just to get attention and it looks a hot mess. And its not even like Wayne’s (not saying his is good either).But I don’t think Mike even likes ink in a way that would make sense to get a tattoo on his face.

I believe that tattoos should be a privilege..not a right. Because clearly people don’t know what and how far they should go with tattooing. Tattoos are art work. They should be treated like artwork. Covering ones body with ink just makes ALL of their tattoos look bad. Not to mention, they pick horrible stuff to get tattooed on them.
