Does anyone know a good tattoo cover up for black people?
I'm more of a medium brown my tattoos are black stars on my arm I want to a cover-up for know until I can figure out a way to get rid of. If anyone knows a cheap way of tattoos, which also help would get rid of. You are already really faded and my natural skin color shows through the stars.
