Is it worth it, getting a tattoo color for brown / darker skin people?
It seems to me that white people have a better art "canvas" on which their view. Would it be advisable for someone to brown / dark skin to get a color tattoo? I just want to know so I do not my time trying to do something cool that does not go to all those who show good design.
