tattoo elbow designs

I want to get a web spider tattoo on my elbow. Should I? People tell me it means that you killed a minority.?
I like the tattoo for the design, but people say, I did have a prison, and race did one, I killed no minoritys now lol, I have done some time soon, but i dont accept people in a racist and I want it in prison, just because its widely assumed that thats what the tattoo means. Does it something else?
I do not want to worry too much about what it means … I have seen much from New School tattoos and old school tattoos with lots of color and lots Spider webs … Sacred Hearts … Daggers … etc … If you like it – I say Go for it … only willing to explain it, ask if the people are … I have explained to me, most of the time anyway … Good luck with your decision … !
