Does anyone know of a tattoo parlor near Glen Burnie that will give underage tattoos?
I am a 16 year old guy that just wants to start gettin’ my tattoos early, so does anyone know a good reliable shop? Answers appreciated, arguments unwanted.
I am in Maryland as well and let me tell you-do not…DO NOT get a tattoo if you are underage. That is just pure illegal and silly. No credited and licensed establishment will do that. If you do find an people to tattoo you “under the table” you run the risk of disease and bad art work.
Why not just wait 2 years? There is a good one in College Park.
