I'm looking for to download a free image editing program that I can.?
I see all these images in black and white and there is always a certain thing in the picture thats in color, like a tattoo or person's eyes or something. I try to use the program that people find to do this. I do not want something expensive, and I prefer free, because I may not like all the complicated programs, just something that I personally use. If anyone has any ideas or link you after it and if you are familiar with the program that you put me, are you with me the steps on how to do this. Thank you! I have gimp on my computer but I do not know how to do that. You know the color spot in the black and white.
