tattoo itchy and raised

Raised, bumpy, itchy area tattoo?

I have a tattoo on my stomach, almost two months. I did it in a studio known, clean. I two had previous tattoos (black only), which healed normally. This is full of color, and in the last 2 or 3 weeks I've noticed it is now quite in the middle is a raised part of it. The raised part is a little itchy. This part is pretty much soaked, with black and pink color. It may also be some white his ink in this area. Just in case the color makes a difference. I used lotion was all during the healing, and had no bumps. I only have the bumps after healing was complete. So I'm pretty sure it's not an allergy to lotion, so do not ask me that answer. It's not dry skin, because I still Lotion to put occasionally. If someone with experience or knowledge about this sort of thing to help me, diagnosis / treatment would be this, it is very appreciated. Thank you! Could someone please answer this? it might just be scar tissue. I would not worry much about it. Go back to the tattoo shop if your really worried xx
