What credentials are required to become a tattoo artist in Florida?
I've heard, you must obtain a certificate, pathogens in the blood, also allow for biomedical waste, and you must be licensed by a physician or the Health department. But, I know, in some Cases, one or the other can not be required. Who can tell me exactly what is needed and how I might go about achieving these mandates, I would be very grateful.
