Solid Black Tattoo Cover-ups?

I am particularly interested to find out how good it tattoos of lines and colors are detailed – not tribal, etc. I have heard that the previous tattoo can not cover visible in some cases, and that scarring (if any) from previous applications may seem obvious. (Also, if you go straight to the introduction in some moralizing play tattooed on the impact on the markets then please do not waste not waste your time! I'm just curious to see the success rates of a solid black application as a means to meet existing someones tattoo.)
Provided You go to a few sessions of the black cover up, you will beable to a faint "shadow" of the other wear the tattoo to be seen.
