tattoo pricing… can anyone give me an estimate?
if i get a tattoo of roman numerals date on my neck and a star on my wrist how much should it cost in georgia if i do all black ink?

It was small, so depending on the size of yours, you can probably figure it out accordingly. All in all, it shouldn’t be more than 115-140, if theyre small
