Could he still a member of the National Guard with arm tattoos?
My friend wants to join the National Guard but he has a tattoo that such 60% (perhaps 70%) of his arm, elbow and wrist, between. Can he still join? I know the military has some rules about tattoos but I'm not sure.
as long as it's not offensive (racist, sexist, swatstica and / or Gang Related), he can still join. The army wants him. I promse
