Good Tattoo Parlors in Washington?

can someone recommend good tattoo parlors in wa? around the seattle area preferably. i am getting 2 done in march and need to arrange to meet with an artist in the next couple weeks and book my appt. my brother got 2 done at Seattle Tattoo Emporium and really liked them, and i’ve also heard good things about Pierced Hearts. any recommendations/places to stay away from are appreciated!
