Tattoos come into contact with water only in contact?
Is there such a thing? Well, when I in Las Vegas, I saw this commercial on TV, Just as I pass, in the casino of nyny. The commercial showed that girls in their swimwear from the water, and the tattoo on his back appeared. I have tried to find information about them now, but could not.
