How long after a tattoo, I can go swimming?
I want to get a half sleeve for a birthday for mine, but I am also Triathalon training. How long must I wait until I can back into the water over a longer period of time? Is there a way I start list ( can the tattoo) and still receive the shading Triathalon train after that?
I have 9 Tats … and you really should wait at least a week before in chlorine ….. Make sure wound, which is "open" cured. If it fresh pond / lake water – be very careful … Lots of Bateria in this kind of water. Ocean water – even worse – the salt will leach the ink done faster, if the wound is healed. Also – after you Get the tat and it's healthy … Make sure You cover it with sunscreen, to keep it from fading (especially so with lots of color). I ride motorcycles a lot in the summer and I have not forgotten it!
