Tattoo parlors in the Minneapolis area?
Can anyone recommend a good tattoo in Minneapolis, MN? I am looking for a place not fees really good, that work and fair prices. I went to Fluid Ink in st. paul for my last one did, and they have a really good job and were very cheap. I've heard they raised their prices lately, however, and am looking for other possibilities. I have checked most places in Uptown and they seem very overpriced. (St. Sabrina, ink laboratory laviticus etc) all the places I should check out in the twin cities area?
