Navy Tattoo chit .. necessary, if not visible?
in the "A" school and I want to be a high half-sleeve tattoo. It wont show wen i wear my utilities (apparently because they are long sleeves) or my NSU's. I was a piece of paper, or I would be okay? I've heard that it does not matter if its not visible.
