How do I find a Thoroughbred pedigree with only a tattoo number?

I have a 12 year old TB gelding, registered name unknown with a legible tattoo, reads the B25593. I have to Equineline, pedigree query and TB looked Heritage, but had no luck in the situation, his family tree with only a tattoo as for Citation. Ok, so I went to www.jockeyclub.com and I checked out their FAQs. The last question was: 8 How do I go about my horse, when all I have is a tattoo number? The answer was: TJCIS offers two types of tattoo research. To learn more, call 800-333-1778 or 859-224-2800 or visit http://www.tjcis.com/ and click to "Other Services". So I went a step further and got to this site: http://www.tjcis.com/otherServicesDisplay.asp?section=3 It shows a tattoo that you find and get a 5-cross pedigree TB for $ 3.00. If they do not you check your horse will not charge you. I hope this helps!
