does anyone know any good quality tattoo parlors in northern virginia, no junk 24-hour ones please?
im getting a tattoo of a cross with angel wings in the background with a scroll around the cross and a tight design behind the cross and wings. im getting it on my upper arm, around my shoulder. does anyone know a good tattoo parlor around the DC area (i live in falls church) or maryland area i would greatly appreciate it. thanks very much.
